Step 1: Bina Khole Check Karna (USB Charger Test)
Phone ko kholne se pehle, hum uske 6-Port USB Charger (Lesson 7) se check karenge. Yeh machine humein bahar se hi bata deti hai ki andar kya chal raha hai.
- Action: Phone ko USB Charger se connect karein aur Ampere dekhein.
- Reading & Result:
- 0.00 A (No Current): Charging Jack kharab hai, Battery Deep Discharge hai, ya Main Line (VBUS) tooti hai.
- 0.60 A – 1.0 A (Normal): Phone charge le raha hai. Shayad Display kharab hai (Folder issue) ya Light IC kharab hai.
- 0.10 A – 0.20 A (Stuck): CPU ya eMMC ki dikkat ho sakti hai (Software Stuck).
Step 2: Battery Voltage Check
Agar charger se baat nahi bani, toh phone ko kholein (Lesson 14) aur Battery check karein.
- Action: Multimeter ko DC 20V par rakhein.
- Result:
- 3.7V se upar: Battery OK hai. Phone mein dikkat hai.
- 3.7V se kam (e.g., 2.8V): Battery Deep Discharge hai.
- Solution: Battery ko Booster (Activation Board) se boost karein. (Bina charge battery ke phone ON nahi hoga).
Step 3: Cold Testing (GR Value Check) – [Pro Level]
Ab battery nikaal kar Motherboard ki checking karenge. Hamein dekhna hai ki phone mein Shorting toh nahi hai? Ise hum GR (Ground Resistance) value check karna kehte hain.
- Action:
- Multimeter ko Diode Mode par rakhein.
- Red Probe ko Ground (Body) par rakhein.
- Black Probe ko Battery Connector ke Positive (+) par lagayein (Ise Reverse Bias kehte hain).
- Reading (Result):
- 300 se 600 tak Value: ✅ OK Condition (Phone short nahi hai).
- Beep (000): ❌ Full Shorting. (VBUS/VBAT line ka koi bada capacitor short hai).
- 250 se neeche Value: ⚠️ Half Shorting (Leakage). Battery jaldi khatam hogi ya phone dead rahega.
Step 4: Hot Testing (DC Machine Check)
Agar Shorting nahi hai (GR Value OK hai), toh ab hum phone ko DC Power Supply (Lesson 13) se connect karke ON karne ki koshish karenge.
- Action: Boot Cable lagayein aur Power Button dabayein. Ampere (Current) reading dekhein.

Step 5: Computer Check (Port Detection)
Agar phone DC machine par kuch reading le raha hai (Stuck hai) par ON nahi ho raha, toh usey Computer se lagayein.
- Action: Bina battery ke phone ko USB se PC mein lagayein aur Device Manager check karein.
- Result:
- Agar PC mein “Qualcomm HS-USB 9008” ya “MediaTek USB Port” ban raha hai:
- Matlab: CPU zinda hai! Phone mein Software (Flash) ya eMMC ki dikkat hai.
- Solution: Phone ko Flash kare.
