  • Kaam: Yeh batata hai ki “Resistor R201” board par kahan laga hai? CPU ke bagal mein hai ya peeche?
  • Code: Har component par ek code likha hota hai (e.g., C401, U201). Isey “Reference Designator” kehte hain.

2. Schematic Diagram (The Logical Map):

  • Dikhne mein: Yeh kaali-safed lines aur symbols ka jaal hota hai. Ismein board ki photo nahi hoti.
  • Kaam: Yeh batata hai ki “Resistor R201” kaam kya kar raha hai aur kisse juda hai.
  • Logic: Layout “Sharir” (Body) hai, aur Schematic “Nas” (Veins/Nerves) hai.

Step 2: The Language of Engineers (Symbols & Codes)

Schematic mein “Speaker” ya “Battery” likha hua nahi milega. Wahan Symbols (Chinha) aur Codes honge.

Basic Codes (Rat Lein):

  • R: Resistor (Current rokne wala).
  • C: Capacitor (Filter karne wala).
  • L: Coil / Inductor (Buck/Boost karne wala).
  • D: Diode (Protection/Rectification).
  • U: IC (Integrated Circuit – Power IC, CPU, etc.).
  • J / CON: Jack ya Connector (Battery Connector, Display Jack).
  • TP: Test Point (Golden dot jahan voltage check karte hain).
  • ANT: Antenna.

Step 3: “Copy-Paste” Tracing Technique (Sabse Zaroori Skill)

Maan lijiye aapke paas ek phone hai jisme Display Light nahi aa rahi. Aapko nahi pata Light IC kahan hai. Kaise dhoondhenge?

Follow These 4 Steps:

  1. Find Connector (Layout): Layout mein dekhein ki Display Connector kahan hai. Maan lo uska code J2001 hai.
  2. Search in Schematic: Schematic wale page par Find/Search box mein J2001 type karein. Aapko diagram mein Connector mil jayega.
  3. Read Lines (Net Names): Connector ki pins par likhe naam padhein. Aapko wahan “LED_A” (Anode) ya “VLED” dikhega.
  4. Trace Backward: Us line par click karein. Software dikhayega ki ye line kahan se aa rahi hai.
    • Shayad raste mein ek Diode (D) hai.
    • Uske peeche ek Boost Coil (L) hai.
    • Aur wo Coil ek 6-Leg ki IC (U) se judi hai.
    • Conclusion: Wahi 6-Leg wali IC aapki Light IC hai!

Step 4: Net Names (Lines Ke Naam)

Schematic mein har line ka ek naam hota hai. Inhein “Net Name” kehte hain. Inhein padhkar aap aadha fault samajh jayenge:

  • VBUS / VCHG: Charging Line (5V).
  • VBAT / VSYS: Battery Line (3.7V – 4.2V).
  • VPH_PWR: Main System Power (Power IC input).
  • LDO: Low Voltage Output (Cameras/Sensors ke liye).
  • MCLK / CLK: Clock Line (Frequency).
  • DATA / SDA: Data Line.
  • EN: Enable Signal (IC ko ON karne wala switch).

Step 5: Bitmap vs Schematic (Fark Samjhein)

Aajkal Borneo mein “Hardware Solution” (Bitmap) aata hai jisme rangeen lakeerein (colorful lines) hoti hain.

  • Bitmap: Aasaan hai, jaldi solution deta hai. Par yeh sirf Rasta dikhata hai, Component ki Value nahi batata.
  • Schematic: Mushkil hai, par yeh batata hai ki wo component 10k Resistor hai ya 100k. Agar koi resistor kho gaya, toh bina Schematic ke aap sahi value ka naya resistor nahi laga payenge.
